First Reformed Church is seeking a Pastor of Discipleship and Family Formation to help strengthen the discipleship pathway of our growing congregation.

This leader will work alongside our Lead Pastor, staff, and ministry leaders to help people move from attending church to becoming deeply rooted followers of Jesus.
The role will give particular attention to two important areas of ministry:

Discipleship & Community
Helping people connect, grow, and develop meaningful relationships through Hope Communities, membership, baptism, spiritual formation, and other discipleship opportunities.

Family Formation
Supporting and strengthening ministry with children, students, parents, and families so that the next generation is being intentionally formed in the way of Jesus.
We are looking for someone who is relational, spiritually mature, collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping people grow as disciples of Jesus.
